When is expected vp for phase 1? Looks pretty fast...what happens if inished earlier than expected? Most prob they will hand in keys pnce at least phase 1 to 3 constructions completed right?
On second note, really hope security is good from fencing, guard, patrol..etc at least till jmc takes over. Few break ins already reportrd in even big residential areas ie garden residences, probably minute tho' |

Yeah safety/security is number one priority for all residence, plus our houses come with no individual fence right? Staring to worry already๐๐๐

Quick q: will we be able to do external renovation for the house ( ie : external kitchen extension ) or strictly a no no? Tried to read on strata and jmb regarding this but not sure it is applied here. Please enlighten. Showroom looks a bit pack/tight with small wet kitchen. Thanks

Thanks LPR is already almost fully extended to the back. I doubt you need to do any further extension on kitchen. Except if you want cover the yard.Typically a strat, you are not suppose to do external alteration that can change the facade. |

Indeed yes, from the brochure/ scale model the back yard is exposed. Saw a few Similar G&G houses whereby they wall up and enclose the back yard, thus converted into a close room. Tot it will be a nice touch. But now that you mentioned it, doubt it is allowed as it does change the orignal facade.Typically a strat, you are not suppose to do external alteration that can change the facade. |

Last time when i visit the showroom my wife asked the SA there the same question regarding this kitchen renovation. She said that since it will be under strata title when we get the key for VP, so only inside renovation is allowed until it changes to individual title. Then only we can do renovation outside the house that will change the facade, please correct me if i'm wrong.

Looking good. For strata , no external renovation allowed except if this is approved by the committee. In other words, the committee can eventually decide on what is allow and what is not allowed.
The main reason is to main the same outlook , facade, colour scheme within the entire taman. This is good actually iin my opinion. |
