good to see another project within the vicinity of cyberjaya as well as the mushrooming development adjacent to cyberjaya
The competition will be tough and challenging but one thing I realized is that , most if not all cyberjaya landed development are F&G or G&G. Secondly, most are these house prices are actually very close to the neighbour or adjacent development nowadays. Perhaps, still many people don't know about cyberjaya ....they only know puchong or dengkil. I think the property especially landed will be in decent demand in the future once more and more people know about this place.

I am not saying dengkil is more well known. I am merely referring that many might know cyberjaya by name. There are people born and grew up in dengkil but jot cyberjaya...
A lot of people staying in puchong who never really go around cyberjaya and went through all these development ? You would be surprise many never been there before ....same with putrajaya. ....If not because of mahsing, UEM , paramount and setia, cyber jays will remains more unknown
That is also why I think the potential for cyberjaya on landed is good.

This symphony park still survive ? Last time we condemn them gau gau because it was basically con-job. Many people thought that we got nothing to do and simply want to sabotage cheap housing for people.
I hope they don't repeat the trick again.

Looking good. For strata , no external renovation allowed except if this is approved by the committee. In other words, the committee can eventually decide on what is allow and what is not allowed.
The main reason is to main the same outlook , facade, colour scheme within the entire taman. This is good actually iin my opinion.
