QUOTE(venusgirl @ Sep 17 2015, 09:41 AM) Despite it is a landed development, As strata title the owners may not able ot keep pets such as dogs and cats. need to refer to DMC. In this case since it is gateless, even though DMC may allow for it, the owners may need to keep the pets indoor. or caged. |

Dmc has no restrictions on pets if i recalled correctly...it may be strata but it still have most landed privilegeIn this case since it is gateless, even though DMC may allow for it, the owners may need to keep the pets indoor. or caged. |

Visited their show unit the other day. Like what some of the forumer already mentioned, there are some changes in the specs, whether its an upgrade or downgrade, it depends on the individuals. Below are some of the things that I've confirmed with their SA. 1) Tiles in the bedrooms -> Laminated wood flooring. This is cheaper then tiles especially on the construction labor side. Anyhow i personally still prefers the laminated wood flooring, this is mainly because of the warm feel that it gives. Hopefully they have included the soundproofing underlay or else it will be quite noisy especially during nite time (alert for those with babies & toddlers). 2) No bathtub in specs -> Bathtub is provided. 3) 2m height bathroom tiles -> Tiles up till the ceiling(2.4meter) 4) 2m height kitchen tiles -> Height reduced to 1.5m height (giving room to install wall cabinets) 5) 3 phase power supply is provided (remembered a forumer asked bout this earlier). 6) Ground Floor & 1st Floor is 3300mm | 2nd Floor is 3250mm except for the concealed concrete areas.... that's almost 11 feet. According to the SA, many buyers are concerned over the wall at the front area. So if everyone agrees then a standard agreed wall can be built after the hand over. Anyhow it is very unlikely for the developers to build the wall now itself (even if everyone agrees and willing to pay extra). The SA thinks the developer might not entertain any customization. On the downside: 1) The back lane is very narrow. Basically you can smell your neighbor's cooking from your house. 2) Where do you place the rubbish bin? Perhaps buyers should consider this when building the wall. Personally i think there are more advantages given then the initially promised specs. Just hope their finishing quality will match other top builders. |

Whether owners gonna keep their pets indoor or caged, they still have to bring them for a walk. Wonder how they gonna manage their pets "feces" like raise by the girl from Venus. In this case since it is gateless, even though DMC may allow for it, the owners may need to keep the pets indoor. or caged. |

QUOTE(henchman @ Sep 25 2015, 12:12 PM) 2) No bathtub in specs -> Bathtub is provided. 5) 3 phase power supply is provided (remembered a forumer asked bout this earlier). Thanks for getting the confirmation, i checked as well. 6) Ground Floor & 1st Floor is 3300mm | 2nd Floor is 3250mm except for the concealed concrete areas.... that's almost 11 feet. Condos mostly give 12 feet nw. For me 10 feet already feel like too tall. Im a shorty by the way 1) The back lane is very narrow. Basically you can smell your neighbor's cooking from your house. Ys i noticed as well. First though its becos of the 3 storey, makes it look narrow.... looking closer its really very narrow, barely 10 ft. 2) Where do you place the rubbish bin? Perhaps buyers should consider this when building the wall. Argh... i didnt think of this. But im sure there must be a way. Rite? Personally i think there are more advantages given then the initially promised specs. Just hope their finishing quality will match other top builders. |

The feces of course is pick it up and bring back to your own house n throw...unless its watery kind then wash it off ..be a responsible pet owner ...its a very common thing in case no one knows here...more so in other countries like japan and hong kong ..bring ur own scoop and plastic bag
Theres no requirement to be indoor or caged if dmc allows it and u can manage it well even if you just got a porch in front |
