I agree its rather dull. Skve road has own exit? Like toll entry?

Wish we have a Central Park like TA. Maybe don't need that big but at least half the size

Since TA sold out, ES too expensive. People will start to consider Wisteria.

After viewing their show house,

I hold the view that ES aims different market segment, so it poses little threat to BR and vice versa.

But many still hope ES can give them a surprise, so the fact is ES still premium.

Hehe... never expect it to be cheap. EW products so far have been priced premium more so ES is a luxury development.

If ur family more than 5, better TA 3 storey. But if small fly around 3-4, end lot better..but end lot also u cant do any outer reno till it change the facade since its strata. With small kids around, end lot 👍
