In terms of distance as I have explained earlier it is negligible, but I do agree that once you turn out of GR into Persiaran APEC it is already the Cyberjaya in/out trunk road which leads directly (minimal junctions) to the highways.
Based on your map, can you explain any significant advantages or disadvantages in terms of accessibility that GR has compared to other areas within Cyberjaya? If none then don't need to argue or try to hard to make a point lah ... We can draw maps all day long but it holds not much meaning to the owners/buyers. Pretty sure they bought/are buying it for some reasons which they justified.
