In terms of distance as I have explained earlier it is negligible, but I do agree that once you turn out of GR into Persiaran APEC it is already the Cyberjaya in/out trunk road which leads directly (minimal junctions) to the highways.

Based on your map, can you explain any significant advantages or disadvantages in terms of accessibility that GR has compared to other areas within Cyberjaya? If none then don't need to argue or try to hard to make a point lah ... We can draw maps all day long but it holds not much meaning to the owners/buyers. Pretty sure they bought/are buying it for some reasons which they justified.

from the map, you can see it have so many alternatives route, you can go either left or right, depends on the traffic.. if from GR, all you have to go is apec...

mileage wise, its 7-9km - 5 min from multimedia.. from GR min mileage 11km 10 mins.. into MEX...

still depends on buyer profile, probably working in putrajaya or puchong...

while multimedia can capture more buyer profile...

tell u what, if GR make a interchange... yes.. i can say GR have the best connectivity..

No point arguing which is good which is bad here. In terms of connectivity all projects have their pro and cons. Altho GP is far from MEX toll, it is very near to Putrajaya, LDP, NKVE, and SKVE.

As an owner of course i hope MH will do something about the proposed slip road. As more and more projects completing soon, ie Skypark and The Place, i hope they will start constructing the slip road soon.

agree with u.. all project have their pros and cons, not to say any project are elite project... got complain only got improvement... so sometimes complain not totally bad...

Except the place, garden pkaza and residence...all other development around this area seem stagnant...

Dunno when CCC gonna launch its masterplan havent finalized yet?

in the news it says 15 years... if say 15 years usually will take 20-25 years... if u can hold 20 years, then it will be great margin ahead...

Dear all, I'm owner of GP. I just receive a letter I need to pay full instalment of housing loan this month. And the bank told me I need to pay interest around rm 700 late charges to the bank . I would like to ask any owner face the same problem? I'm new correct me if wrong.I suppose we have 3 yrs dibs, so if MS make late payment, y the interest charge on us? Property still under construction and we serve full instalment? Who can I check with the interest matter? Mah sing? Lawyer? Pls advise

I wouldn't put high hope in this project, but is a great boost for that area. They even propose a travelator to Putrajaya Sentral from CCC!

Just went for a drive there. I dont think can vp in may2015. Lots of pending work still. End of year sounds more reasonable. Either way im okay with it.

You have to call MS to check on this, with current progress it won't be ready for VP until May, so make no sense asking you to start paying installment, with DIBS some more.

My package don't have DIBS, I just received a letter from MS to claim another 5% payment, total is 70% now.
