I think j must hsve gotten the location wrong.

I thought it is one plot away from the river n at least 2 blocks away from alilia.

It's just below the gov't quarters there. And next to this plot on the right is a small Hindu shrine and SeniLand's upcoming project which the latter is nearly done with the piling.

And yes, below this project is the Klang river. Another hint is that you can see this project site along with SeniLand's site when you enter the flyover into Brickfields from Fed Highway/Jln Syed Putra heading towards the KL direction.

Can it be less than 300mtr to bangsar lrt???
I thought the connecting bridge already at least 150mtr.

Should've been more clear there. I was referring to the entrance/exit of that LRT bridge from this project site is around 300m ish.

And I walked on that bridge many times. Didn't feel like it was that long to cross over the KTM tracks to the LRT station entrance and it certainly does not look as long as the link bridge from the Kerinchi station all the way to the Horizon in Bangsar South.

This alilia link bridge is not straight line but zip zap.

Mine was submitted 2 weeks ago and was informed TODAY that the quota for maybank - pr1ma loan limit reach.
but didn't not mention when will refresh.

do you guys think should i head to other bank? ?

Was informed about the Maybank quota as well

I think Maybank is giving the lowest rate as far as pr1ma projects is concerned

RHB is giving 4.65, but can be lower if your profile is good

I wonder if those who booked and signed the SPA earlier during its launch are entitled to LAD, or will PR1MA (and now KPKT) just announce that they're not entitled to it since its a gov't initiative just like how they handled the 10% HOC price reduction for PR1MA Alam Damai and Jln Jubilee?

I just called pr1ma and got to know that Jalan Jubilee is rated at 97% completion. Wondering anybody have more info on that project?
