Hi want check with you all, isit only one access into this developement? The road is narrow n dark during the nite, dont think is safe to walk to lrt station oso, n everything have to drive out oso

don't think will do that caused drive car all the time, just wonder this development many chinese buyers? if choose here because of the center location and close approximately to kl sentral but about 1km walking distance

Signed my letter offer today, too bad it's my second property, can get 100% loan margin, have to fork out the 10% downpayment + miscellaneous expenses. Isit the same policy applied to every bank?
