if you want to measure up every single thing, you will end up buying nothing. Lotek buy affordable housing, buy location, you wont go wrong. pls don't go for personal attack. I didn't do anything wrong by you. also don't forget, I was as young and as poor like you before. now, how you board in pasar seni where the closest LRT station for Rumawip brickfields is at LRT Bangsar? |

under new gov.....no more classification already...all considered affordable housing. It is a big deal to confused with rumawip and Pr1ma??????
I said Bangsar LRT OR Monorail. I didn't say Bangsar Monorail. Try not to pick bones. Nobody is going to pad yr back and said 'job well done'. |

not you lah Boonie…..
I wasn't replied to you. Yes I made a mistake by quoting Ruma vs Pr1ma. but is the mistake so bad that it rendered the discussion of this Brickfields Pr1ma dissorted? We were discussing abt location and distance to LRt/Mrt anywhere. and the same 'good people' also comparing this with other rumawip…..so what is the point?????? |

QUOTE(DesRed @ Mar 8 2019, 11:36 AM) I walked there at around 7.30pm onwards a number of times and so far, nothing untoward happened to me. Just that the corridor's lights heading over the KLIA Express and KTM tracks from the LRT station aren't working, tho. Can be a bit creepy coz its really dark during that time. You are guy leh......Opportunists will prey for the weakest groups |

QUOTE(hanhanhan @ May 15 2019, 02:53 AM) logically speaking, do u dare to walk out in the night alone? The neighbourhood seems OK at night, although am really to run if unfortunate things happen.broad daylight also got daylight robbery. if all else fail, take grab if you value ur safety. stayed at Alilia and walked to little india and Nu Sentral many nights. but maybe blokes are different than ladies. |

QUOTE(DesRed @ May 16 2019, 12:20 AM) I walked there every Monday to Friday during the day. So far nothing happened to me and have not seen incidences of robberies and assault. Walk to bangsar lrt how far?And I have walked that same path on some nights. Didn't see anything untoward so far... Just take the LRT. You will definitely save on the parking if you need to commute to work on the weekdays and heartache when one of the carpark plots nearby your workplace gets hoarded up and developed. As for walking to KL Sentral, don't count on it. The pavements around this project aren't conducive for proper walking, plus its 1km. Dun tell me its under 500mtr. |

QUOTE(DesRed @ May 16 2019, 01:28 PM) Much less than that. 300m +/-. You can use google maps and put the marker at where the entrance of this project is towards that LRT entrance. Huh?I think j must hsve gotten the location wrong. I thought it is one plot away from the river n at least 2 blocks away from alilia. |

QUOTE(DesRed @ May 16 2019, 01:46 PM) It's just below the gov't quarters there. And next to this plot on the right is a small Hindu shrine and SeniLand's upcoming project which the latter is nearly done with the piling. Can it be less than 300mtr to bangsar lrt???And yes, below this project is the Klang river. Another hint is that you can see this project site along with SeniLand's site when you enter the flyover into Brickfields from Fed Highway/Jln Syed Putra heading towards the KL direction. I thought the connecting bridge already at least 150mtr. |

QUOTE(DesRed @ May 16 2019, 02:10 PM) Should've been more clear there. I was referring to the entrance/exit of that LRT bridge from this project site is around 300m ish. Kerinci bridge itself 350mtr.And I walked on that bridge many times. Didn't feel like it was that long to cross over the KTM tracks to the LRT station entrance and it certainly does not look as long as the link bridge from the Kerinchi station all the way to the Horizon in Bangsar South. This alilia link bridge is not straight line but zip zap. Anywhere dont worry abt it. Can use google to measure This post has been edited by BEANCOUNTER: May 16 2019, 02:14 PM |

QUOTE(dave1987 @ Aug 4 2019, 10:48 AM) My friend bought in March Only SPA stamped... by law, if developer hasn't collected 10% from buyer (either full 10% or mixture of rebate and discount by developer to make up of 10%) but SPA has been signed and stamped, I would naturally assumed that the spa is now null and void.Unitl today no loan agreement received n lawyer feeds paid.. 1st 10 percent not paid to the developer yet after 5 months of signing .. No follow up is done to lawyer |

QUOTE(Marybutterfly @ Aug 6 2019, 09:13 AM) I have contacted the Spa lawyer, they told me it has been stamped on 24 June, and will courier to me this week. So I guess you guys need to follow up with the lawyer if you want the stamped copy. Sigh. This is the SOP.Either u collect from legal firm or developer office or have them courier to you. |

I still cant imagine its only 450m to bangsar lrt. Tis one is really near the river.
Go to monorail perhaps closer. |
