Was informed about the Maybank quota as well

I think Maybank is giving the lowest rate as far as pr1ma projects is concerned

RHB is giving 4.65, but can be lower if your profile is good

Btw guys... finally settled for RHB loan @ 4.55%.

My agent informed me that only the stamp duty for SPA is waived. The stamp duty for loan agreement can only be waived if first-time housebuyer ?

I applied for the loan with my mum because my credit history is too fresh.. My mom is not a first-time buyer but I am first-time buyer. So I have to pay stamp duty for loan agreement.

Any opinion on this ?
