Hopefully this is the final connection for the “flyover to nowhere” at simpang tiga Nilai-KLIA-kota warisan. The flyover supposed to directly connect the federal road from Kota Warisan/Putrajaya towards Jalan Pekeliling nearby Mitsui but was never constructed for whatever reason even though the flyover is there.

Haven't studied the overall master plan and site visit not done.
But based on the pictures, looks good.
Pros:
Reasonable good build up and land size.
Attractive pricing especially the End units. Only 30 units. The Special End (not sure what so special) pricing is actually higher then a corner 🤔
Comes equip with 3phase wiring.
1st phase of residential, good potential for capital appreciate.

Not sure how well this compare with IoI and Sunsuria project around there.
Should have some competition from there.

536k+ much cheaper than sunsuria lo, some more gross price oni. Very good buy 4 own stay b/up 1800+sft oso big👍for sure bbb will b sapued fast sure affect sales in elmina

No more T-junction hses😊
