Haven't studied the overall master plan and site visit not done.
But based on the pictures, looks good.
Pros:
Reasonable good build up and land size.
Attractive pricing especially the End units. Only 30 units. The Special End (not sure what so special) pricing is actually higher then a corner 🤔
Comes equip with 3phase wiring.
1st phase of residential, good potential for capital appreciate.

Not sure how well this compare with IoI and Sunsuria project around there.
Should have some competition from there.

It seems the rental rate for Saujana klia is about 1.5k bare unit. I am not sure though about the rate at IOI Warisan Puteri. Sunsuria landed has no completed landed phase yet to compare.
