Yes looks very near mayb 100m away. Buy d furthest away unit shud b ok. This 536k 4 a 20x70 dsl is sibeh cheap👍shud b balloting d

Thanks for clarifying those special end lots. Some units are big at the front follow by smaller size at the back. Not advisable.

Based on master plan, the ERL track run thru the right side and the entrance is at the left side. Not sure how close the track is to the site, a trip to the site or a ride on the ERL should give a better picture. Strongly suggest that be done before proceeding.

The ERL station is at the other end of the township across the ELITE highway. Having the ERL station nearby may help in transportation but need to know how the inner roads going to connect you to the station. If the roads takes you one big circle, it might not bring much benefits.

Also need to know if there are any htc around the area.

Site visit is necessary.

i think so too. but im not that familliar of that area. as far as im concerned the supply of residential and comemrcial there is still very low. the nearest town would be dengkil about 5-6km i think

Got other townships nearby too like kota warisan, sunsuria city, warisan puteri etc. New area 4 sdp sure they launch d price low but 536k is a damn good buy 4 a 20x70 dsl

another one is saujana klia by glomac. went to ther sales gallery last time dsl 22x75 was below 500k net price

Just got info from their agent that its going to be first come first serve basis instead of balloting. I bet the queue is going to be very long sweat.gif

For bumi i think yes ..because theres only 30% (91 units) can get the discount plus its quite rare to see an end lot with extra land (8ft) these days. Assuming BBB = Buy Buy Buy? or Build Build Build you mean? haha
