Boss this Serenai City is near the new Xiamen U under contsruction & also where SDP sold a piece of land to become KLIO ie formerly known as Ampar Tenang?

Easy for SD ma since they just convert their palm oil land to new townships!

Look at how they develop BBR with over 5000 acres, one year launch 2-3 phases of landed and each time the price increase by maybe 20%-30%, sure make big money lo!

Yes boss, should be Ampar Tenang. SDP sold the land to KLIO to start this new township. I wonder when they will offiicaly announce & launch to the public? Should be early next year I think?

SDP only have 2 projects in Nilai ie Nilai Impian and Planters' Haven - not sure about PH but I think their NI project is quite good in terms of sales, I think most of it sold already due to the low prices of the DSLs.

Should be around there the price, Rimbayu's Scarlet already starting from 763K, but Scarlet is LH. Now NI's launches also around 500K+ oredi.

Bro, any idea when is the soft launch? Since it is in their website oredi, it should be launched by this year IMO. However, SD is known to delay their launchings, a good example is the North & South Brookes condo in The Glades, it has been postponed for umpteen years because they are afraid it will affect the sales of the unsold units in TG ! hmm.gif

KLIO I think more to cater for tourists on the way to KLIA/KLIA2, maybe also for Xiamen U students with loaded FAMA! biggrin.gif

Anyway it's good for Sime to convert the Ampar Tenang plantation land to commercial & residential props! thumbup.gif

Looks like this Serenia City is a JV project between SD & Sunsuria. SD contributed the land for Xiamen U & Sunsuria is handling the coordination part.

SD has different strategy compared with Serenia. In Elmina, they started with DSLs first and for Serenia, it's commercial and high rise 1st. At the end of the day, the prices of their props will not come cheap!

When they launch their high rise projects, I guess the price psft should not exceed 500psft?
