Even after the capital control now, China developers still aggressive? I think they probably slow down now. They need to study local consumption instead coz not easy to sell to their countrymen already.

Why sold such a good location land ripe for development? Raising cash for other projects?? MVV? Carey Island port? Invisible hand from above plays some part I guess..
