This project is Bumi discount not Bumi lot. For Bumi to buy without Bumi discount rugi lorh unless FOR OWNSTAY since they willing to buy even ithout discount. If for invest might be better for them to buy elsewhere with Bumi discount entitlement. After all so many other project Bumi quota unsold right? But this logic might be flawed

Most lelong are non bumi and bumi for high rise SOHO and condo.

This is why I am curious why bumi quota sold out and bumi buying non bumi.

Yea daikor..sounds promising but its too little..Amani first phase bumit quotas were like 13-12-12 units(employees-prime-public) , but because it was sold out and they opened 2nd phase Amani , another 30% quota available from the 2nd pool.
As of Sunday morning seems still a lot..not sure what happened after that for Adiva.
