in kota warisan area, i was aiming for Bandar Puteri Warisan under IOI..

so at first they said going to launch in MAC 2014, then postpone to May 2014, then postpone again after Raya on Sept 2014..

Coming to Sept 2014 i call them, they said they will postpone again..i asked why??? i was waiting forever for the launching..

then the sales guys said, we have heard that SD is going to build a township area here..so we are waiting for them to announce first on the pricing and then IoI will follow..

i was like 'damm u SD' hahahah

so now in kota warisan alone 3 major projects:
1. IOI Bandar Puteri Warisan
2. Glomac Saujana KLIA
3. SD Serinia City

And my guess, housing price starting will be >600k

Not waiting long, i bought Seri Pajam Dmayang Sari project at Nilai.. 20x60..

KL south to Nilai will be booming in future i guess..

Bro, any idea when is the soft launch? Since it is in their website oredi, it should be launched by this year IMO. However, SD is known to delay their launchings, a good example is the North & South Brookes condo in The Glades, it has been postponed for umpteen years because they are afraid it will affect the sales of the unsold units in TG !
