Look at how they develop BBR with over 5000 acres, one year launch 2-3 phases of landed and each time the price increase by maybe 20%-30%, sure make big money lo!

u should aim for tis one. fisrt phase huge township never gone wrong with si beh geng developer like sime darby/ ijm/  sunway/ gamuda/ IGB/ etc etc

SD will concentrate on the 50:50 joint venture with sunsuria for sunsuria serenia / xiamen U / KLIO/ commercial first. Why not your bullet aim on the commercial... upgrade lah from residential to commercial
