According to SA, should be by this year, he further said that they will launch commercial untis first! I thought they should launch residential units first because not enough residents for the commercial units!

Nothing wrong if they launching commercial units since xiamen university and KLIO is under construction now.

How far is this SC from Xiamen U bro? If not too far and not inconvenient to travel, then the commercial area still can cater to the students.

Both Xiamen U and Serenia City are big. They will not be walking distance for sure.

university campus confirm big lah.. students certainly will not walk, except for bangla nepal indon workers who can only long distances walking from kongsi to the KLIO to buy some groceries hehe

Xiamen U and KLIO also located in the big serenia city, they brought land from sime darby and build their building there

KLIO I think more to cater for tourists on the way to KLIA/KLIA2, maybe also for Xiamen U students with loaded FAMA!

Anyway it's good for Sime to convert the Ampar Tenang plantation land to commercial & residential props!
