According to SA, should be by this year, he further said that they will launch commercial untis first! I thought they should launch residential units first because not enough residents for the commercial units! hmm.gif

Nothing wrong if they launching commercial units since xiamen university and KLIO is under construction now.

How far is this SC from Xiamen U bro? If not too far and not inconvenient to travel, then the commercial area still can cater to the students.

Both Xiamen U and Serenia City are big. They will not be walking distance for sure.

university campus confirm big lah.. students certainly will not walk, except for bangla nepal indon workers who can only long distances walking from kongsi to the KLIO to buy some groceries hehe

Xiamen U and KLIO also located in the big serenia city, they brought land from sime darby and build their building there

KLIO I think more to cater for tourists on the way to KLIA/KLIA2, maybe also for Xiamen U students with loaded FAMA! biggrin.gif

Anyway it's good for Sime to convert the Ampar Tenang plantation land to commercial & residential props! thumbup.gif

I dont think 500++...nilai impian nogori sombilan dsl pun 614k already...

This is selangor darul ehsan freehold land...so its not impossible the starting price for dsl is 650k..yes ? No ?

imo this shuld b 600k above by looking at respond from saujana klia leasehold non g&g, sapu within less then 1 week..
this one shuld b more upper end

Dont worry..Serenia city will have KLIO in their township thumbup.gif

KLIO will be undertaken by Horizon Outlet Shoppes Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Horizon Group Properties and Mainstay Holdings Sdn Bhd, a local property and construction firm. The 70:30 JV purchased 40 acres of land from conglomerate Sime Darby to build KLIO.
