Hello all,

I would like to seek your advice on my Online Order situation.

I placed an order with Moleskine in Mid-December, shipping via registered mail. HK Post E-tracking clearly state that the parcel/package had been shipped out in Mid-december too. It had been more than 14 business working days. Hence, I contacted my local post office and managed to talk to one of the officer in charged, she stated that they had yet to receive any package from HK for a few weeks. She also state that HK Post had alerted this issue with them, however she cannot do anything because the Parcels have not arrive the port yet.

Do you think I should raise disrepancy with my Card Bank?

Depends on what you're sending over. icon_rolleyes.gif As penew said, if there's no custom delay. If item like electronic stuff maybe Custom's will call you to go and open up the box for clarification whether they will tax you or not. thumbup.gif

Parcel. Make sure you pack it nicely. For calculations, you may ask skynet to do the weight.

No. If they did that, there would be dispute between customer and poslaju because the receiver suspect the item is missing.

Custom check only applies for package from overseas to malaysia.

Sending goods weights not more than 10 kg and getting charged by volumematric is expensive. Try other courier co.
