i got confuse cos i had a seller tat send me clothes using pos ekspress.

Pos Ekspress is meant for documents only.
However, most of us use them to send other stuff as well.
U don't have to tell the counter lady u're gonna put clothes in the envelope.
Just buy the envelope and put in the clothes into the envelope at a place where she can't see it.

No, stamp not registered pos. You better use PosDaftar which you'll be given a PosDaftar sticker with tracking number and additional stamps charges.

Yes that's posdaftar... the sticker cost around RM1.70 plus additional charges which will need to purchase stamp to top up .

ok. i think i'll use this post in future.
btw, how the stamp rate is calculated?

Both I think. However I am not sure how much weight for how much. ~.~ But I once delivered around 2kg item from Melaka to KL cost me not more than RM7. Not sure now.
