"It is shocking to find out about the increase when there has been no recent increase in the pump prices of petrol or diesel fuel.

"Even the cost of aviation fuel has declined recently, so I cannot understand why Pos Laju wants to increase its rates."

A check by The Star showed that the increase in rates came with a promise of better service.

A message to customers from Pos Malaysia was headlined, "Quality service is important to us because it is important to you."

"A 10% increase on domestic shipping charges will allow us to

be better equipped in providing you with improved delivery services."

With 10% incresed, does this mean that they will improve/provide us good service like handle good care of the parcel when delivering? I don't think so... shakehead.gif
They just simply dump the parcel to the floor even I just standing in front of the officer when paying the PosLaju fees. Now thats improved service we got there

There's a parcel from the seller to me is lost now.
What i can do is leave it to the seller to settle it with poslaju.

Sigh , what kind of courier is this ? sad.gif

I think the seller have the rights to claim compensation if the items is really lost. It is up to the seller but since it's a third party fault, you both can settle this together.

Give PosLaju a call if IT IS REALLY LOST! You see, sometimes people con by giving these kind of excuses. Did you try tracking your item? The seller who sent it should have the tracking number though...

I dont think the items is really that expensive for the reputative seller to con me.
He's trying his best to go to posoffice to settle.
I'm giving him more time though. smile.gif

Woot... the item weighted 4kg with the price of RM 5.50? Definitely not PosLaju or any private courier service. If using Pos Daftar also cost above RM 5.50. Did you clarify with that person which service is he using? sweat.gif

i don't think he really sent the item... pos malaysia only offer poslaju and pos parcel. poslaju tracking start with E and pos parcel start with R.

i send an amp b4 to sabah i think with poslaju, they still weight it, cant remember how much tho.

Don't send between weekends, sometimes it will get damage due to the weekend transit which they stack up all the things inside a store.
