If buyer no contact you, most prob they received ady. Just not updated.

Normally if they couldn't deliver to buyer, they will return to your address. I got this case before, buyer didn't asked for 2nd delivery or even call them and they seem can't contact my buyer. Ended up they sent back the items to me. =.=

so is it means the item was still in pos laju center, my buyer didnt collect from them ?

but you're right, if buyer didnt contact me, most prob they received it. smile.gif

Must sign if posdaftar/registered. Normally won't ask to sign on behalf unless your neighbour come to ask to receive on behalf. They will leave a card actually to ask you to pick up at the post office stated.

First 500 gram = +- RM8.75
Additional each 250 gram = +- RM2.50

So if cukup2 1kg = RM8.75+RM2.50+RM2.50=13.75. Approx only. Price can be 10% less/more.

Do on your own like how you send through POSLAJU. And declare real item for safety purpose, if necessary purchase insurance also.

hello, i want ask a nood question here...
i want to send a book to my fren peninsular Msia...

i duwan to use poslaju since it is much more expensive,
the problem is the book weight is 2.6kg which is more than 2kg.

and may i noe how much does it charge???
last time i got sent a book to my fren which is 1.8kg,i used the normal mailing method also... at first i found out the price to send is rm4.50 but then at the counter there, they charged me rm6 =.=|||

not really understand what is the difference btw parcel rates and mail rates...
i think last time they charge my book in the category of mailing rates but not parcel rates since i thought that parcel rates is much more cheaper than mailing rates.

thx 1st =)

hi so far i've read every entry until page4 and it all seems to be about poslaju. so forgive me for being lazy to read thru all 33 pages tongue.gif but i wanted to ask, does anyone know how parcel post works? who delivers the package to the recipient - the normal postman? and it does require signing one right?

i've only sent one package via surface parcel to someone in Sibu, the lady at the counter told me a week maybe, but when i called up they said its 2 months! so i'm like WHAT. my poor buyer. good thing for me that he was very understanding. so so far the first buyer hasn't recieved it yet and i'm wondering if i should still continue using parcel post in peninsular cos it's cheaper for bulkier parcels (like a shoebox) compared to registered post (i think?)
