hi so far i've read every entry until page4 and it all seems to be about poslaju. so forgive me for being lazy to read thru all 33 pages but i wanted to ask, does anyone know how parcel post works? who delivers the package to the recipient - the normal postman? and it does require signing one right?

i've only sent one package via surface parcel to someone in Sibu, the lady at the counter told me a week maybe, but when i called up they said its 2 months! so i'm like WHAT. my poor buyer. good thing for me that he was very understanding. so so far the first buyer hasn't recieved it yet and i'm wondering if i should still continue using parcel post in peninsular cos it's cheaper for bulkier parcels (like a shoebox) compared to registered post (i think?)
