Do anyone can call POSLAJU posline now?
I called so many times but nvr get in line with them...
Do they work on saturday?

I feel safe just because it is trackable, like POSLAJU if it went lost, the record know on whose hand. But I don't know whether they provide insurance like POSLAJU. If your parcel value high maybe opt for those which got insurance? If normal should be ok. Even snail mail also kinda safe for me for small item like earrings etc. In my free gift thread, out of 94 sent item, only 4 never arrived through snail mail, also can't consider never arrive as some of the ppl received after 1 month =.=

guys..im having problem now..i planning to post my Sonic Gear Armaggeddon A5 to sarawak coz im moving back to hometown. i duno how heavy is it n how much it will cost me to post bac..if sell it,the price will be very low for sure.so better i keep it for myself. so anyone post b4 this speaker from KL-sarawak?

about the insurance..
there is a sentence stated behind the e-parcel form but i dont really understand what it meant (not so good in english ) :
Customer are to arrange insurance coverage on the Parcel and PMB is under no obligation to provided such insurance coverage.



i think you can "agak agak" know the weight of it right
like 5kg or what

How much stamp u put on? I experienced latest 3-4 weeks through normal post. XD They said depends on how much weight + stamp u give.

u should ask the seller use pos daftar..cheap and reliable also

you may try e-parcel (got tracking code), but i'm not sure how long will it takes to deliver
if pos laju, i think just need to take around 2~3 working days?

next time u should ask the seller what kind of post , just be patient la then..

For parcel got tracking one. As I remember 1st kg from peninsular - sarawak RM4.50.... U must wrap your box in white or brown, then tie tali, or u jus go stationary store, buy the set of wrapper+plastic safe belt+fragile sticker, 1 set ard RM5. wrap n tie it.

bring to pos office say want to send parcel. They will give u a form to fill in. the form like poslaju just different color. got tracking number on it. dont do normal post which is jus put stamp. normal post cant track.

To be safe, you ask them how much is the weight la, if just 2-3 kg, use poslaju fast and cheap. if more than that, then baru say wan use parcel service lor. At counter there, u say u undecided la, ask them to measure weight 1st. then u can decide wanna use poslaju or not.

I once done that. Undecided. I asked the post office measure the weight 1st. baru i decide use poslaju or parcel coz books are heavy. >.<

I don't think a clothes seller will use snail mail to deliver unless she is really that kiam siap. normal free delivery given by clothes seller should be pos ekspress or registered pos.

If weigh more than 2kg can't use pos daftar...would have to use parcel post.

dear friends,
i really need help regarding postage matter.
i need to send back item (a china handphone) to china because it was faulty after i received it.
the seller ask me to send back to him and he shall replaced it with new one.
i bought it on ebay so i think it would not be an issue if i am going to be cheated by him as i can open dispute anytime.
now the problem is i do not have any idea how to send it back.
should i use registered post or poslaju (EMS) to him?
both have tracking number but it is matter of time of arrival.
what should i prepare before sending the item to post office?
can anyone give me guidelines on this matter?
i need to know what is the format for personal invoice if sending item to china.
hope anybody in LYN can help me by PM or post it here.
i really need to send it back in 7 days
