Once the banker approved;SA will notify the lawyear to prepare SnP usualy ready in few day time.

if i'm not wrong within a week can sign form mine case.

I dont hv such exp..but this is how bank BRANCH works.
(liquidity of the bank; each bank has quota loan to be disburst as within their capital deposit they hv)

Now bank tighten loan application in different situation in different month.

Alternative talk to SA do they able to postpone; for another 14day. To see bank approval quota hs change.

Else get the money refund and try next month (you may not get the unit floor u want).
