juz sharing mine engineering logic...to overcome the mud flood.


1) need to dig a big longkang- cutting the new built road to catch the mud flow to lower ground.

this the scafiy need to do...to avoid/solution mud flow to lower ground.

this also not 100% catch all the mud as the smaller parcel still flow....

2) Built a water catchment - dig a big hole let the water to catch water from big longkang.

ZALAM got offer renovation package?

IF DO; then their MOCK unit shld cover their renovation package...then more visible.

How about Blk A & B hv more premium unit. Like shower unit, bigger wooden door etc.

is that better offering such package + show unit more cost effective

becoz building a mock unit juz a bare space also require cost.
Adding with renovation package is more visible cost effective.

you marketing Villa Crystal @ South Desa Park; starting 531psf got any rebate or discount

but u didnt buy CT ? look like more expensive than CT

nowday codo easiy reach above 40th floor...can over take menara maxis or menara maybank

Come to taste..yes..i like salmon fish.

I havent see any Orlando Development. Maybe i find 1 day go and see... Location is Desa parkcity..far from mine staying place at KL south....

Currently im not interest to buy any. Pile mine cash settle mine debts 1st. Extra will use to buy stock not residence
