Any FB owner's group for this development?

There are property whereby renovation companies would "rent" an actual buyer's unit, doll it up with fanciful reno (with shared+discounted cost for the actual buyer) and have it open as reno sample. Seen this case in other condos and right after VP, they would get their things done quickly.
This is especially true for units that are at the same floor as facilities with high human traffic. You can actually figure out various options of reno by just visiting them and the cost required. Due to being on site and already tailored for that particular development, some reno can be faster and cheaper too as they are dealing with bulk customers.
So you might want to hold on reno ambition till you check out these kind of reno sample houses. Or better still, offer your unit for such reno taikor with win-win condition.

Sometimes, these developer showunits are too unrealistic with the ID. Ceiling height might not be the same, mirrors everywhere including ceiling!!, practicality of cleaning could be questionable, and doorsss...missing doors.

So far never heard of any Renovation package available.
Maybe future?
We should focus on this mock unit topic until it has been confirmed from Zalam management, before we proceed the next =)

Wow nowadays the Reno fees is damn sky high ,70k is too expansive for me also ,almost need fork out 100k if include furniture those things together,really no money for Reno and I'd .help out my friend to ask only here.

Nope, i am poor and i just rent from a friend.    Heard that this unit's owner renting to this reno company as a show room, so that the owner can save the reno fees. Renting time is about one year. This ground floor unit looks bigger due to the ceiling is a bit higher than other upper units. Some ground floor units are come with "wading pool access" from thier own balcony. Nice

Off course you have to monitor closely...every weekend pay them a visit. It is worth to rent out for them as show gallery although owner still need putih putih bayar repayment to bank.

They spent you a renovation cost RM70k,  lets say your housing loan + maintenance fees are approximately RM3,000 (12 months = RM36k to exchange a 70K renovation.) am i right

So surprised to know that Avilion Resort Port Dickson was constructed and completed in 1997 by Zalam Group. I just visited this resort 2 months back. Superb resort style environment especially the AviSpa and floating lounge at seaside.
So far the room and common area kinda well maintained.
