Can you ask Zalam to provide 3D how CT unit look like ?

example the Window height, Air Con location and pipe, Balcony sliding door, tiles color, bathroom look, electic plug location.

when want to draw precise Kitchen Cabinet, Wardrobe require this mini ting to avoid we obstruce the existing thing.

SnP and the plan drawing cant tell much to to design the interior physical.




2ndly CT progress very slow, i heard CT VP will include Block E.
Shouldnt ZALAM send notification to buyer the plan has changes on VP. Most early CT buyer were inform Block A,B,C n D will VP first.

When will the CT promoise will deliver ?

Since ZALAM give excuse not to build a show house and waste money to build. 3D drawing should be cheap to give to customer..require ZALAM to provide infor design,measurement and material wise and position will be.

I was thinking to write letter to ZALAM managing director Mr Alan Ho Lee Beng Appointment meet up for few information.

I see him in office at 9am walk to office. If waiting ZALAM lobby you can easily spot him walking up which he will stop a while look who at the lobby.

Sometime can see him having lunch/breakfast beside ZALAM restaurant.

Any one have any questionaire want add ?

1) I want 3D or atleast the measurement how the window height and lenght, aircon pipe and copper wiring, tiles color, electric socket, etc else we draw when they give measurrment. Since there no mock unit

2) Block E unit doesnt have detail measurement for their unit;[peace_lover]

3) Clairfy the A,B,C,D,E will VP together ?
