KVSUAL has explain clearly.

When i buy CT SA also explain Blck A & B are selling higher psf compare CD during lauching.

those hv book C&D or A&B already know the reason hv why book this block not that block.

That why that call OPTION to CHOOSE as a buyer.

No point after book and take excuse who paying higher or paying for what.

Everyting can be solved and reason to take and give.

If i stay higher and all the facility on top....those C&D can be treat as 2nd class to said so. notworthy.gif

that alot reason to sabotage but there no a reason CT be United as FAMILY.

Blck A&B resident not so cruel...when time we can organize a party BlkA&B can open for Blk C&D to hang around too.

Who want to BBQ at Blk A&B, let me know..we organize..A&B&C&D&E come and join icon_rolleyes.gif

not anyting perfect.....

private pool juz a recreation....noting permanent...

migh change to KOI pool if swiming pool high maintenance.

SKYdesk juz a place to sit ; migh well sit at OWN balcony...is better.

i do agree ppl will not satify.....when come paying the same fee.

JMB will do a prudent calculation how much to manage a pool cost.

In mine 2nd thought a pool A&B hv a pool and C&D also hv it.

C&D thought A&B can use C&D pool but C&D cant use A&B pool....

If you want to use A&B pool let me know...i be your Guide man/bell man to let use A&B pool.

this is juz a small matter..who want to use the pool. No point fighting...


IM FAT and OLD hardly go swmming wit mine big tummy to show off blush.gif

they give 4 car park also,.

it convenient those who want direct parking access to the hse by skip the lift and common area.

parking noise can be insulated...they hv another door before the main entrance.

there not window to see..can be closed with curtain hardly said no privacy...

Only becoz there a extra is near to car park to enter;

If you concern the maintenance fee- becoz of the A&B pool

to be caluclative also require to know how much the maintenance pool cost.

Only decide how much A&B contribute able to substain the swiming pool.
