Yea, funny. Thought of maintain the Version 3, as too many versions might confuse to everyone.
Since the previous thread has been closed, welcome everyone to the new Thread =D

FYI (for 1269sf & 1545sf)
Balcony is 6600mm(21.6ft) X 1350 mm (4.43ft) = 96 square feet

75% of the size of Bedroom 2. Lol.

the
Maintenance of this residence not cheap .4 unit per floor and 5 blocks . Think lifts maintenance expenses maybe an issue to residents in future ..

2 lifts per block.
Some r 5-6 lifts per block like rainz.
Higher maintenance is definite in future.
Can't be stopped from purchasing condo for living just because of the maintenance.
Future buyer need to pay high for better lifestyle in future.
so we do need to upgrade ourselves another 50-100% (salary) in order to survive in future. XD

anyone can enlighten me is it a norm for the same condo paying different maintenance fee rate?

understand that Block A, B, C and D will pay 0.26 psf for maintenance but Block E have to pay 0.29 psf
