I came across this gov link, it happened to state that the 'Status Pemajuan' for CT is 'LEWAT'. Meanwhile i search for some other property like 'COG - City of Green', their status is 'BERJALAN LANCAR'

Can anyone tell how true is this? Is this an official gov link?

Zalam only reconstruct the old buildings. The building was abandoned last time. Just refurbish only. Think not consider 80% done.

probably refers to the zalam old project which yet to handover..

any project finished by zalam as a developer before?
all their past projects they work as a main con only?

the Maisson ara project, zalam also as a main con only not developer right?

TQ! done 3 project liao. macam ini still blacklisted.

Main contractor more important than developer as workmanship quality come from the main contractor.
few landed n condo going to complete soon and heard the workmanship is good.
actually after been studied for their background, I've no worries on the workmanship and believe the project wil be compcompleted earlier or on time.
And mock unit is confirmed available but not open for public viewing.

Any update from Zalam?

I booked a unit. But haven't sign S&P.
I am a bit concern as this would be my 1st property.

FYI ; ZALAM has been contractor for more than 20year exp.

now they starting to become as developer + contractor.
