bank need to maintain deposit to loan ratio, if not later subprime happen then crisis, that's why they have quota.

Hi all, wan to ask is it alright or recommend to buy a top level unit ? I actually planning to buy for ownstay. Can give me some advice if is ok to buy a top level for ownstay? And will it become an issue if wanted to sell it someday in future as i think i might not stay at same place forever. unsure.gif

top floor alwasy hv this advtage:

1) Good View if no other obstrucle building. for CT Block E you need to ask any the unit you are facing.
2) Strong Wind also when not obstrucle building


Disadv:
1) Lift breakdown - you need to climb up and down.

when come to selling:there alot factor; which high floor and low floor still a depend on the buyer preference.
Buyer to buy CT they will study the location; which condo they want; surrounding convenient ; pricing with other peer condo; environemtn; surrounding; facilty;access highway; mall; maybe MRT.

for unit in the condo they base of condition; facing; sometime number; neighbour;design....

if your hse in good condition.....condo is good condition..no reason a condo unit cant be sale..becoz condo unit is an asset not a car.

Just to add on top.

Additional Advantages:

I Totally forget...last 2 month facing leaking at mine condo.

I get a good sifu..manage to resolved leaking problem thumbup.gif

Thank you for your email. We noted your query and have checked the below website link mentioned in your email:

The 'Lewat' status in the Status Pemajuan as at 20 November 2014 was due to our revised development phasing plan which we have re-scheduled our last block of building (Block E) as a 2nd Phase of the Cloudtree Residence overall development, and of which we have obtained approval for extension of time from the authorities to decide whether we would like to have this last Block E of Cloudtree Residence development to be completed together with the rest of the building blocks, or to be completed at a later stage.

The Blacklisted was merely referring ‘Lewat’ status to the construction progress of Block E.

We wish to inform that the latest KPKT status as at 26 November 2014 (see attached), the status of ‘Lewat’ has been withdrawn by the department after we submitted the latest status to them earlier this week. We shall clarify with KPKT department to withdraw the blacklisted word in the screen.

We hope the above has clarified your doubts in our Cloudtree Residence development.

Nowadays seem hard to find a good sifu already.. alot ppl know half only will start business already..
my friend house also got water leaking.. and he repair for n times already still not yet ok.. pity him.. tongue.gif
