when come to selling:there alot factor; which high floor and low floor still a depend on the buyer preference.
Buyer to buy CT they will study the location; which condo they want; surrounding convenient ; pricing with other peer condo; environemtn; surrounding; facilty;access highway; mall; maybe MRT.
for unit in the condo they base of condition; facing; sometime number; neighbour;design....
if your hse in good condition.....condo is good condition..no reason a condo unit cant be sale..becoz condo unit is an asset not a car.
Just to add on top.
Additional Advantages:
3). No toilet or piping (of upper floor unit) in your ceiling. In this case, you don't have to deal with upper floor unit for fixing toilet leakage.
4). No running or jumping sound from upper floor.
Additional Disadvantages:
2). though not pipe leakage from upper unit, but rain water might leak from there if insulation is not done properly. This will have to deal with developer or management.
As for lift breakdown, in my opinion, all mid to upper floors will suffer anyway.
