Really hope zalam could build a mock unit for us, for better preparation.

Not sure if they offer old psf price/old package or use current package n psf... if use current, then would be ard 520-530psf after rebates. (Guess so)

Rainz also selling pretty low psf. and Tropicana gardens selling almost same psf as previous phase (fully furnished). Wonder how berjaya gonna price their link 2 phase 2 ? I believe would be larger size and slightly more exp than rainz due to better location (central). Subsale price sure affected and can't sell too high d unless ur prop really exclusive.. For subsale seller sure wanna sell higher price to gain profit
