Well...well...well, face the reality bro. If you think by answering 2 questions about "private access road" and mock-up unit from developer are so difficult to entertain the purchasers (even yes or no or other explanation @ obviuosly you know the answers), what about simple request for monthly basic progress photos upload on their official webpage and fb? Hard enuf to upload just once a month?? Its meaningless to create your official social media without updating!

Premium exclusive sales & marketing team or what gor what gor with whatever developer connection? Pm here and there for details but only know how to hard sell the units and thats it! Dont get the purchasers wrong! Revert what purchasers concern, we have faith on this project and please show us your sincerelity.

So far only 59members in our FB owner group. Wonder where are other owners? or stil left over units OR developer keep units and open for sales in future with higher price? donno.

59members including their wifey/hubby/gfbf.

Did survey on this.

32members for Ownstay
5 members indecisive
22members yet to vote (gfbf/wife/hubby)

Hope to gather more Owners to our FB group to make it more Active rolleyes.gif

I believe most of the owner get Block C,D & E units for investment.

since joy told us phase 1 will be completed in dec 2016. would it possible that entire project speed up and deliver vp earlier than expected and declared date?
feel excited as seeing the block going up whenever pass by every week.
Really hope zalam could build a mock unit for us, for better preparation.

Sorry BBW bro, I've no idea on the psf now for phase 1 left over unit. Not sure if they offer old psf price/old package or use current package n psf...
if use current, then would be ard 520-530psf after rebates. (Guess so)

Slowing down.
Rainz also selling pretty low psf.
and Tropicana gardens selling almost same psf as previous phase (fully furnished).

Wonder how berjaya gonna price their link 2 phase 2 ? I believe would be larger size and slightly more exp than rainz due to better location (central).

Subsale price sure affected and can't sell too high d unless ur prop really exclusive..
For subsale seller sure wanna sell higher price to gain profit

in KlangValley ppl might holding more than 1 property.
since 2 husband and wife working not an issue more than 1 as investment.

Estoria aka Block E now currently 40% sold off. The price is around you mention. also same phase 1- the only different is smaller size and higher rebate. Buyer only folk up down-payment will get the hse.

If you looking very good property you can find Alicia Chai SA- she has other property to recommend for you at Setapak.

by talking with correct ppl....they can help you out.
