I have paid booking for CT Block E last month, but having trouble with the loan application. All the banks say their quota has been filled, only left Affin bank.

Anyone else having the same issue?

I would really prefer to have more options, so that each offer can be compared. Being limited to single source is never good.

Is it this project having some problem? No banks wanna support? All quota so low. Does it mean the banks have no confidence on this developer?

Anyone having similar issue do share.

The 'Lewat' status  in the Status Pemajuan as at 20 November 2014 was due to our revised development phasing plan which we have re-scheduled our last block of building (Block E) as a 2nd Phase of the Cloudtree Residence overall development, and of which we have obtained approval for extension of time from the authorities to decide whether we would like to have this last Block E of Cloudtree Residence development to be completed together with the rest of the building blocks, or to be completed at a later stage.

The Blacklisted was merely referring ‘Lewat’ status to the construction progress of Block E.

We wish to inform that the latest KPKT status as at 26 November 2014 (see attached), the status of ‘Lewat’ has been withdrawn by the department after we submitted the latest status to them earlier this week. We shall clarify with KPKT department to withdraw the blacklisted word in the screen.

We hope the above has clarified your doubts in our Cloudtree Residence development.

Seems kinda quiet these days. Zalam been dormant with their progress photo. last one was 27 Dec. They should be taking initiative to update monthly.

Last week I passby already reach 8 floor.

Come to zalam office. I can go clarify wit you. I person may not work but many ppl sure will notice the complain.

SPA only has the overall measurement, doesn't show the length of every wall in details.
Block A to D has it as attached here. Still not sure why Block E doesn't has it, Zalam is denying and saying agent prepared this details floor plan but agent said should be prepared by developer. I will inquire further from developer, developer should have it or else how are they building our unit.. really fed up getting the floor plan. Already there is no show unit, getting a floor plan also this difficult, Zalam need to improve their services lah.

Prefer secret and wil remains secret as I do not want my friends especially on FB knows where i bought where i stay in future. Eventhou I wil verify those owners purchase details with SA first before add-in. Since it would shows the members in the group, then I would prefer it to be secret.
