the land juz behind setapak Ria condo.(the condo i stay during 2002/2003) when i studying KTAR.

10year ago there not PV or Festival MALL at genting Kelang.

there are ppl with choice to buy, there are many fail coz loan reject and cant afford... the later part is the worrying part?

investors cannot reduce profit margin like profit 100k and let go? must 200k above?

slowing down now doesn't mean keep down down for few years. Next year might increase again but in lesser percentages compared to last year.

just bliv my or your prediction

try look back the magazine or journal past few years or decade wat they predict on today futures....not neccessary are correct

I've downloaded the 91mb file last time for ref.

Haven't finish reading, does it applies to future Or current & under constructionprojects too?
