Anyways, knowing that there's an expiry on the treat points now, so does this means all my old points gathered 3 years ago will be expired? or starting from Aug'13, the points would expire 3 years later?

I just wonder how they going to notify us when the 1st expiration kicks in. Hopefully it'll be in the bill statement and breakdown by expiration month (similar to BonusLink statement). hmm.gif

Thanks, I actually saw the table after posting the question. But good to share the information to others too...

So, if you wanna redeem something big, save a lot of points, and redeem on July 2016

Thanks guys. Next time I won't trust the stupid info counter. Looks like their staff are not trained to know what's inside their own mall. Will drop by one utama again sometime this week.

Actually the staff told you is correct, just maybe there have misunderstanding...
The MBB at IBM plaza is MBB branch, but the MBB branch at one u inside is name card center service.

maybank should have followed citibank steps and just take it out the disputed amount while doing their investigation

last time my disputed transaction amount (around rm7k-rm10k if not mistaken ) with mbb last for around 2 years and the late charges and finance charges accumulated monthly for that 2 years.

mbb did not take out the disputed amount during investigation. i was disappointed because they took too long and they spoiled my record. so after everything settled, i cancelled all my mbb cc and stop using mbb cc... until... mbb2cards came into existence. lol...

Any CC dispute can be channeled to FMB if bank doesn't offer satisfactory outcome.

I see.

Too bad if you applied through the roadshow booth, you may get GST waiver for first year.
