but then let's say I got 25000 pts, can I redeem twice? meaning I redeem 12500 offset 50, then next month redeem again 12500 for subsequent 50 reduction.

yes, you can redeem both rm50+rm50 (for both cards) at the same time if you have enough 25k tp.

ok, say if I have 50k points? can I apply 50+50+50+50? my intention is to convert the points to $

PS: btw, they just charge 1 card, the other card is no GST 1 right? 1 GST apply in dual card

you can only redeem for gst, not to convert to cash.
if you only have 1 gst you can only redeem once annually for rm50 with 12.5k tp.
new mbb2cards holders now have 2 gst amounted to rm100.
