I thought that it be possible to pay by phone and change the IEM renewal fee to AMEX, and this pay-by-phone method is not publicly stated in IEM website. Look like I have to settle for measly 1x treatpoint on MasterCard.

For Indah Water bill, I have to use Maybank saving account to pay the bill, and cannot charge it to AMEX online, right? I am not staying near any Indah Water branch.

I swiped AMEX (RM700) and MasterCard (RM200) at Jusco. But when I checked my TP in m2u.. the AMEX TP showing 250 TP i/o (3500 TP)..

May I know why?

So far I've been redeeming on the spot at Metrojaya MV. Points redemption rate is 12,500 = RM50.
