I try to make payment today (tried 3 times) but failed. Maxis CS told me this method no longer support
Ok, I realize that Maxis Pay-by-Phone may not work anymore, but there is no harm trying, right?
I have inserted the credit card number, in Manage Account --> Edit Account Info --> Change Credit Card No. > Pay method : Pay By Phone > Card Type: Amex.
It also states:

Please remember to fax a photocopy of your OLD and new credit card, with your full name, and account number to 03 2330 0192 for authentication.
So, do I have to fax the image of the front side of my credit card to this number? Can I do it via e-mail?
