For the 100% CB Promo when pumping petrol using MBB CC if time of payment approval is 9:58am (pre-approved amt rm200) and time of completion of transaction is 10:00(final amt rm120), which time will MBB use for the First-come-first-serve criteria?

Justforfun, dont think u can convert card. U can ask for a new MC n pay the GST. Then up to u to cancel d visa card.

I have called the CS & was told should follow the recorded time in their system which don't even show the seconds just like in the SMS Alert. Wonder they treat all transaction done in the same minute equally, like 10:00:00 & 10:00:59? Otherwise online transactions would have the advantage.

SMS does not indicate the seconds so all transactions done btw 10:00:00 to 10:00:59 same consideration for FComeFServe?
So online M2U transactions no more advantage?
What about those transactions without SMS notification?
