but condo only 20-30 yrs investment ma, after that price start depreciating whereas landed sky high. for rental yes condo far better

Hehe! So lovely to have a complimentary ROM reception!

Received letter for SPA signing for Saraca on 1/11.
Having 2 minds about buying because 688k can get Eco Majestic. 10k top up for larger built up & landscape.

Which type u booked for the Saraca at RM 678k?

What do u think of the layout compare to EcoMajestic 8A? I only notice one of the Saraca has very long car porch thus smaller built up.

No worry, u got 7 days to consider.

Just called Eco Hill.
Now left about 10 units Saraca unsold, 2 big units the rest intermediate.
Indeed I have about 7 days or so to decide because on 30/10 they will bank in the 20k booking cheque.

Billet not enough that's why headache, cannot buy both, hehe.

I think SEH smart. They no allow to secure EM first before you make decide. If you really like EM better q early and over night.
