Went to SEH sales gallery today. Seems there are some dropouts. Those who are interested go and grab before it's too late

Total available now is around 16 units. You grabbed one?

Not sure. What I saw were those units w/o stickers. Probably staff reserved units are mixed together too.

A good mix of intermediate and corner/end - about half-half.

is there 20x65 in their coming launch? I think it's 20x70, by year end.

Corner with 15ft of land and with flexibility of doing external reno - quite worth it lar.

Yup they did allow me to book from those units w/o stickers on it which in total around 16. And as usual booking fee is RM20k cheque etc....

Such a good parent - buy a house for kids accommodation when they enter U.

Tried the Fish Valley too. Environment is good, no flies issue but just that the the food a little pricey.
