You can't afford a property in Semenyih now, so worry people buying and keep pushing up the price.. even Semenyih property also can't afford, perhaps finally need to stay in Mahkota hills...

Goodview height has serious issue in terms of commercial activity and connecting road, and selling the subsale price... SEH selling 22 x 75 about 650k, a price for 3 years after, goodview height 80k higher, some more subsale...
