Ong kor, my tailing said house no need so big since 2 ppl stay. Actually I am happy with the unit I brought. It is smaller but is also cheaper. Hopefully can move in 2016  |

Also something to note is that ecohill terrace houses are built with sand brick except for intermediary walls.. House temperature may be hotter.. Cluster, semi d and bangalow are built with clay bricks. On that note I am not sure what is the specifications or built material for Merrydale. I would assume they will use clay bricks..

Shld be since is premium price. Spec wise definitely better than phase 1 ecohill terrace homes. |
