Yes yes, hello92 got the meaning.
I chose the second design based on outer look.
For interior, prefer first design.

Haven't seen EM interior design, any website I can go to check it out?

Chris Chew, Saraca only 2 "look", both same built up.
I chose the outer look but actually preferred the other type's GF layout.

Wah, ong_mrp, last time 600k can get corner lot, so envy. You got such a good deal!

Jen, if you referrin to the price is comparable with merrydale of course. Build up also is biggee but sacara advantage here is the land size. Merrydale 688K u ge 20x70 while saraca is 22x75 althought he build up is smaller. What you get? Like Chris kor said u have longer porch and u have extra land at the back. U shld compare both saraca and merrydale type 8A and see which 1 u like the most. Extension is possible but not Merrydale. There are pros and cons... At the end is u to decide which 1 u like the most smile.gif

Agree with Treehill gor. EVEN My entry cost is low. But built up is small n the material is soso... so depend on what u prefer.

Also something to note is that ecohill terrace houses are built with sand brick except for intermediary walls.. House temperature may be hotter.. Cluster, semi d and bangalow are built with clay bricks. On that note I am not sure what is the specifications or built material for Merrydale. I would assume they will use clay bricks..
