Agree with Treehill gor. EVEN My entry cost is low. But built up is small n the material is soso... so depend on what u prefer.

Now the young ppl should start buying propertiy in their early age. Dun think that the price of property will be dropping as claimed by some parties. Look at the factors like the labour cost, materials cost , land cost and etc.....

A lot of young man claimed that they could not affort to buy the property, but if they know how to JV with others, then the chances of having the property still there.
