Dun feel like its oledy one year, feel like just bought it last week, maybe all this while got activity at eco hill, so feel like just bought it not too long ago...

Samp gor, ignore those SHL and Gamuda sale agent la, their sales recently not good, so jealous on SEH, purposely come kacau, u more reply them make then happier an talk 3 talk 4 bark east bark west. Silent in the best method to treat wild dog barks. Let them be, the more u reply them the more u lower down uself. Peace. 600k only can afford 1000 sqf condo at ss2...

600k u can own spacious landed house at semenyih with garden, parks, and commercial like teco just nearby...

semenyih landed tonwship is targeting those family who need larger space due to family members growth...and wish to have good environment for family to stay in...

one family maybe only father and mother are working, they still got kids or grandparenets stay with them who not need to work...both of them might need to spent more time on the road but at least the other fmailary members are staying comfortable in spacious landed with affordable price in good township planning..
