need to wait few days only can see statement details online?
my statement cycle is 3rd monthly, but can only see total amount but not details...

Yeah, ever since hlb introduced estatement, now need few days to show up the details.

Previously, the details are available immediately after bill date.

i think i kena AF also...quite weird as the sales agent told me that first year AF and GST is waived and i never use HLB cc before...
looks like have to call cs again...

RM50 GST is automatically charged to your card on approval date. Pay this first as per statement.

RM50 rebate is given for new signup. I got mine exactly 1 month after approval. This is a rebate for the RM50 GST earlier.

Year 1 AF would be waived (charge + waiver) if you swipe 1x within 45 days after card approval. I got mine waived exactly 2 months after approval.

i am not new to HongLeong because currently holding Mach card... can i get the year 1 AF waived if in that case?

Ady paid on November statement... before December statement cycle ends,I saw a few RM 50 cash back(credit ) then cash back rev(debit)...not sure what's going on there...

Don't think so, cause when I applied wise card, the sales agent asked me whether I'm a first customer to hlb cc... but u can try call cs waived for u though

try not to swipe after 28th of each month, that's the rule of thumb using wise.

For safety, 1 week before will be the best.

yes, you are right. as long as you have minimum 10x rm50 POSTED in your statement in between 1st to 31st, you will be eligible.
