HLB pls let us print statement in pdf format, paper statement really a waste, the bank can save money on printing and logistic, and manpower as well.

I had asked aeon to charge RM50 x 5 for the voucher. a bit paiseh though giving them so much hassle.

i tried to reload on digi website using wise, usually no problem but today got problem right after I input OTP, webpage just show as per below

(https://3dsecure.hlb.com.my/ImsControl.do)

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /ImsControl.do on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Yesterday, I tried reload on digi website as usual, but after input otp, error page appear...
sigh... hope tomorrow they solve this issue.

try not to swipe after 28th of each month, that's the rule of thumb using wise.

no need apply via agent, and better walk in to HLB HQ to apply, just bring your latest 3 months pay slip and IC will do.

EPF statement can be print from the bank.

I have more than 10 x transaction, and my cb not max out yet for march

so let's wait and see if the cb will be for march or april.

confirmed, my petrol transaction on 31st Mar posted on 2nd Apr
rebate not given for month of April.

So end of May will update again, both my Mar & Apr quota not max out.

FYI, if you transact in March, your rebate will only be given to you next following month which is usually end of April.

I normally spend till 28th... since i won't be max out the following month quota, might as well give it a try as I already met the required min 10 x RM50 transaction.

also, to once and for all to end the argument between some of you here on whether it's based on transaction date or posting date

so far, I can conclude that, better to spend from 1st to 28th of the month...
