I thought GSC combo card with wise is automatically waived since it will be charged under Wise card.

Good to hear that, i use GSC Card at least twice for every month.

Nope, Even you take comba WISE + GSC card, both card will be charge AF and GST separately. So if you take HLB combo with GSC card, you need to swipe 12 times to waive the AF and GST.

HLB combo doesn't work like MBB AMEX 2 card combo which only 1 AF and 1 GST. So don't get fooled by the combo words or cheated by roadshow's agent

Did anyone manage to get the annual fee/service tax waived for the second year?

Tell you in April 2015... GST cannot waive... possibly AF can be waived.

I am hoping for that.

my annual fees should be charge around DEC 15, 2015 because i got my card on DEC 15, 2014, any idea why no charge so far?

I would like to ask a few questions for my WISE Card.

I applied via email to a customer officer on 6 Sept and I only chose WISE Gold (Visa) with Petrol and Utilities category. The bank then issued my card on 13 Sept and gave me GSC Gold and WISE Gold. I used my card for petrol, utilities and mobile.

The first bill came on November and the Bank did not recognise my petrol spending. I called to the CRO on 12 November and the CRO said he will help me to look into it and hence the rebate will be a month later, compared to my rebate on utilities.

The second bill then came on December and this time I saw the bank charged me for RM10 (Petrol Maintenance Fee) on 14 November which referred to changing of category. And again, the bank did not recognise all my petrol spending from 1 Nov to 13 Nov. I was angry and I called the CRO on 15 Dec. The CRO said this is a rare case and will get back to me the following day.

I received no response after 16 Dec and I called up again on 18 Dec. The CRO on 18 Dec promised to return my call on the following day too. But, again no respond. Hence, I called again just now. Still the CRO asked me to wait till next week.

***Question: Why the bank did not recognise my petrol spending given that I did not change the category at all? ***


Question 2: I did not use the GSC Gold Card and they charge me RM150 annual fee. I intended to cut the card but they said it is a combo card. Once I terminate the GSC Card, my WISE Card will be terminated too. (Sort of cheating )

What can I do for my missing category case and annual fee waiver? Need advise.

Check your past year statement on when your previous AF was charged ,thats the date your AF will be charged again.

i think I have automatically got my AF for WiseCard waived (I didnt even call up because I thought no hope in getting it waived). 3 months already since AF due for 2nd year, but nothing in Statement , only GST RM50 charged

Suppose we should see Rm160 charged and -RM160 waived.
but seems like not in my online statement.

i only have my GSC gold card AF waived.

both wise and GSC charged rm50 for GST.

I cancelled my GSC cos I hardly use it , although it is a combo
