Look at the number below bar code at the bottom of your bill.

The starting number will be your no account then follow by bil no follow by few 000 then your current month bill amount.

(no account)(bill no)(few 0)(current bil charge)
*
You can compare your older TNB bill format (with No. Bil) to get the idea which is the Bill Number

QUOTE(hkboey @ Feb 3 2015, 06:00 AM)
Shoooooot!! I think I missed the January's rebate! Just checked HLB online and found that my transactions are not posted! Anyone use PayOnline on or after 27th Jan? Any problem?

These are the transactions I have done:
27th Jan : Made 3 transactions via MaxisPay Online using Wise card > Received confirmation email on 27th > All 3 transactions posted on 27th.
27th Jan : Made 5 TNB transactions via UOB PayOnline using Wise card > Received confirmation email on 27th > NONE transactions posted til today.
27th Jan : Made 1 HLB Life Insurance via UOB PayOnline using RHB VS card > Received confirmation email on 28th > NONE transactions posted til today.
27th Jan : Made another 5 TNB transactions via UOB PayOnline using Wise card > Received confirmation email on 28th > NONE transactions posted til today.

All transactions are done between 5:30am to 8:00am.

My all previous transactions never faced this issue. Referring to the 3rd and 4th items, also wonder why I only receive the confirmation one day later while 1st and 2nd received on the same day. Notice the inconsistency there.

And the worst part is I missed the rebate as a whole!  flex.gif  vmad.gif  mad.gif

UPDATE: Just checked TNB online and found that all the payments are not updated on TNB website, so I supposed the transactions never gone through. But how come I received the Approved email from PayOnline. Dang....... rclxub.gif
*
word of advice : Try to perform this online transactions earlier icon_rolleyes.gif

HLB calculated my PETROL rebate wrongly for January transactions... very strange.
Suppose to be RM22.00 but shows as RM29.00 on the transaction description.

Not just revise downwards but put in more T&C to prevent abuse such as what supersound did.
As for me, I've never paid the same amount each month for my bill splits.
