Case by case I would say on your case.
If this is your 10th transaction, it will be on next month, so you get 0 cash back.
If you already full filled the requirement, then it may fall in this month. But it will be posted on this month also if you maxed out the quota.
Other cards you can try your luck, but not this card.
Already missed out some transactions when I got the card for the first 6 months. So for the peace of mind, always maxed out the quota by third week every month to get full rm100 of cash back.

you would roughly know how long it will take to post transaction. you could be safe, if it usually take 1-2 days to post the transactions. if happened 3 days posting before, then it's risky.

Why you always state so sure? Think HLB got staff purposely delay or speed-up transaction posting?

All merchant shall do settlement on the same day. So technically banks shall post it up by 2nd or 3rd day. As merchant are getting payment on second day.

So to ensure you can get the max for cash back, complete all the transaction by 20th will be safest. Doing transactions on 26-28 are like going Genting trying your luck. But most of the time you buy big it will come out small for this STUPID card.

lol, while advising people, you are actually doing it yourself! you also forgotten to achieve the min 10x >rm50?

actually this month is quite tough for me to max both of my wise cards. i completed my first wise card from 4/11 to 22/11 to achieve the min 10x and rm1k spent. then i just started from 23/11 to 26/11 achieved the min 10x with rm1k spent. fuuhhh... relieved.

Tomorrow I'll check my account, if it is not posted I'll quickly make a Maxis bill payment because usually Maxis payment posted on the 2nd day.

Sometimes on the HLB online, we could not check the latest transaction, can we call the CS to check for latest update?

i hope the hlb cs can be much help for you. sometimes (or most of the time) they will give you wrong information.

I have to admit, most of the time i could meet the 10x requirement by the 20th. Late in the month, i will calculate to make sure i achieve the 10x and/or RM1k limit. If i am short of 10x by the 27th, i will usually shop at The store smkt and dine at Sushi King to make up the numbers because they are HLB merchant, transactions get posted the same day, and it worked well for me .

but it's quite hard to control the expenses at sushi king. if overeat will exceed the rm1k. lol... usually i will hit nicely in between rm985-rm1k and won't exceed rm1k.

Anyone notice the statement date is now 24th Nov instead ?
